Return & Exchange Policies
To ensure a seamless shopping experience, LeafBasket offers clear and concise return and exchange policies. Kindly review the following guidelines to understand our procedures:
Returns and Exchanges Accepted Under the Following Scenarios:
1. Damaged Item Upon Receipt: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at email@example.com or call us at 9113348896 within 24 hours of receiving the order. You must initiate the Returns/Exchange process within 7 days of receiving the order.
2. Item Mismatch: In case we send you a different color or size than what you ordered, we will issue a refund or replace the item based on stock availability.
3. Items Damaged in Transit: If items are damaged during transit, we will issue a refund or replacement if the items are in stock. Our team will make a decision based on pictures sent by you. Our team's decision is final in this regard.
4. Change of Preference: If you are not satisfied with the color, shape, size, or any other choice after receiving the order, you can return the items to our warehouse. We will issue a refund or replacement based on stock availability. Please note that you will bear the shipping charges to return the products.
Self Return Process:
- If you are not happy with the product, you can self-return the item to us within seven days from the delivery date.
- Once we receive the product, we will send a replacement or initiate a refund to your source account.
- Please ensure you bear the shipping charges for returning the products.

Additional Points to Note:
5. Returns or replacements requested after 7 days of receiving the order will not be processed by LeafBasket.
6. For orders canceled or rejected during delivery (Paid orders), a nominal fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
7. If COD is not available for your pin code, you must make an online payment before we dispatch the item.
8. Incomplete contact information or failure to confirm the order with our support team may result in order hold.
9. LeafBasket is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies during unavoidable situations. However, our support team is always here to assist you in resolving any issues.
10. Please ensure you verify the COD amount on the bill before making payment to the courier person. We are not liable for any overpayment.
11. Courier companies make three delivery attempts. If you fail to receive the items, they will be returned to us. In such cases, a nominal fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded for paid orders.
12. If you are unable to receive the items (e.g., out of town), a nominal fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded for paid orders.
